新华网贵阳12月30日电(记者刘义) 国家五纵七横12条国道主干线之一--上海至瑞丽干线贵州境东段凯麻高速公路今天上午全线通车。据悉，总投资为15.6亿元的凯麻高速公路，于1999年11月正式开工建设，是目前贵州建成的标准最高的公路。凯麻高速公路起于黔东南苗族侗族自治州凯里市三棵树镇，向西在麻江与贵新高速公路麻江联络线相联接。公路全长50.9公里，全线路基宽度24米，设计行车时速为每小时80公里。贵州省副省长刘长贵说，凯麻高速公路的建成通车，将加快贵州公路主骨架体系建设，加速推进西南与华南的经济合作与交流
