Added Temesvár, Lugos and Groß-Becskerek Kreise (1854-60) and Torontál County (1876-1920). Corrected the eastern border between Lugos/Banat/the Military Frontier and Transylvania and the Titler-Bataillon. Tweaked border near Neusatz/Novi Sad.

Version #4

Roughly corrected various offset ways (presumably accidental edits). Fixed various relations. Made very rough corrections to Bukovina. Added Bács-Bodrog county and 1850s Croatia.
