Added some variants of Provinz Schlesien/Niederschlesien/Oberschlesien and improved a section of the border between the two parts (around Karlsmarkt/Karłowice). Also made some corrections to the Slovak State (dates) and gave it a label.

Added various interwar itterations of Yugoslavia and Italy, 1943-45 Independent State of Croatia & Reichsgau Danzig-Westpreußen. (Italy still needs its annexed French territory to be added.) Corrected/specified various dates. Added various labels.
