昨日的会议决定，11月19日（周日）上午10时30分，举行郑开大道通车仪式。通车仪式会场设在郑开大道与省道223线交叉口以东约20米处，即郑开大道中间的位置。 根据筹备协调会的安排，在举行通车仪式当天上午8时30分，还将举行群众健身活动。由郑州、开封两市各安排500辆自行车进行比赛。 其中，郑州段出发点设在郑开大道与京珠高速交叉口以东200米处，开封出发点设在郑开大道与开封集英街交叉口以西50米处。省体育局的有关负责人介绍，目前，郑州、开封两地报名参加健身活动的人员已近4000人。 通车
