2017年9月29日9时，镇雄县第一条高速正式通车，从此结束了镇雄县没有通高速的历史。毕龙高速公路是规划中的四川宜宾经威信县、镇雄县至毕节高速公路的一段，起点位于毕节市七星关区长春堡镇清丰村，通过清丰互通与毕威高速相连，途经七星关区三板桥社区、何官屯镇、水箐镇、青场镇，终点止于云贵两省边界的二龙关，与正在建设的二龙关至镇雄高速公路相接。项目全长37.01公里，全线采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计时速为80公里，设有水箐、青场两处匝道收费站以及二龙关主线(省界)收费站和1处服务区(水箐服务区)。毕龙高速
