石安高速公路北起石家庄市滹沱河南畔的南高营，与京石高速公路相衔接，南至冀豫省界的芝村，途经石家庄、邢台、邯郸三市、十七个县，全长216.05公里，按平原微丘区高速公路标准设计，路基宽26米，为全封闭、全立交、双向四车道高速公路。主体工程于1994年8月22日开工建设,1997年12月30日全线竣工通车。北起石家庄市南高营，与G4 京石高速公路相衔接，南至冀豫省界的营村，顺接京港澳高速公路河南段，途径石家庄、邢台、邯郸三市、十七个县，全长216.05千米，按平原微丘区高速公路标准设计，路基宽26米，为全封闭
