can you stick to railway=tram for the whole line rather than flipping back and forth between tram and light_rail? :)

Hi,
No, I use tram when the rails are part of the roadway (mixed trafic, special site and road side) and light_rail when the rails are not part of the roadway (identical to railway lines).

NMVB lines or Buurtspoorwegen in Dutch, cannot be solely considered as tram lines, they're similar to interurbans in the US.
